POC Lite Timeline

Historical CCTV footage is reviewed against Rainscales detection rules and the client's agreed success criteria.

Day 1

Kickoff and footage handoff

Confirm available footage, success criteria, policies, and results-meeting stakeholders.

  • Share internal policies or protocols.

Days 2–7

Analysis and midpoint alignment

Review footage, identify relevant events, and keep the evaluation aligned to client goals.

  • Run detection analysis.
  • Document early findings and patterns.
  • Hold midpoint alignment review.

  • Validate context around early findings.
  • Clarify policies or workflows as needed.
  • Invite additional stakeholders if needed.
Days 8–10

Results review and connected POC decision

Review results, discuss operational relevance, and decide whether to proceed to a connected POC.

  • Prepare stakeholder-ready results summary.
  • Explain findings against success criteria.
  • Recommend connected POC scope.

Client Responsibilities

  • Attend results review with key stakeholders.
  • Confirm value and unresolved questions.
  • Approve next step or decision path.

Connected POC Timeline

A live connected evaluation using selected cameras and rules, with recurring reviews to track adoption, alert quality, and progress against goals.

30 Days Post-Implementation
Implementation Week

Connection, configuration, and training

Connect the video environment, configure selected rules, and train users on alert review and disposition.
