Rainscales provides an AI-based monitoring system that detects violations and system events. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to:

• AI-detected violations

• System alerts and abnormal events

• Important operational notifications

These messages are transactional and not promotional.

2. User Content

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by registering their phone number on the Rainscales platform. By doing so, you expressly consent to receiving SMS messages from Rainscales. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on system activity. 

• Messages are sent only when events occur

• No recurring or scheduled promotional messages

4. Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. EME does not charge additional fees for SMS notifications.

5. Opt-out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP . After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications.
